Grazing Tables

Impress your guests with one of our beautifully styled grazing tables, designed to fit with your vision and occasion.

After consulting with you, we will create a vibrant, fresh and delicious display of savoury and sweet treats, creatively arranged using decorative pieces, flowers and foliage.

Almost all of our dishes can be presented on a buffet if this is your preference.


Our grazing tables feature:

  • local bocconcini by ViaVio with tomato and basil

  • a selection of salamis and sausages

  • cured ham

  • marinated olives

  • quince paste

  • basil pesto

  • vegetable crudités with hummus

  • beetroot/feta and balsamic dip

  • seasonal fruit

  • mixed, spiced nuts

  • local crisps

  • locally made free-range chicken or duck liver parfait

  • your choice of traditional french terrine made by our friends at Craft Pâté

  • fresh, artisanal breads with local olive oil

  • house-made dukkah, lavosh and bread sticks

  • 3 locally-sourced Nelson or South Island cheeses from one of our fabulous local suppliers

  • chocolate covered strawberries

  • 2 slices of your choice (gluten-free, dairy-free, raw and vegan slices are available)

All boards, bowls, cutlery and napkins are supplied.
